PERTAPIS Education and Welfare Centre, is a Singapore Charity and Institution of Public Character (IPC) with a legacy spanning over five decades. Our strength lies in the comprehensive care we provide: we operate four core welfare homes supporting individuals through every life stage—from our Children’s Home and Centre for Women and Girls, to the Halfway House for rehabilitation and the Senior Citizens Fellowship Home for the destitute elderly. We also support over 500 families through our Community Development programmes and support, ensuring vital food and financial aid.
Key Flagship Programmes
Welfare Homes
Provides residential care for vulnerable individuals through the PERTAPIS Children's Home, the PERTAPIS Centre for Women and Girls (supporting victims of abuse and troubled youth), and the PERTAPIS Senior Citizens Fellowship Home for the elderly.
Community & Social Support
Administers family assistance and community education programs for those in need.
Community Empowerment
PERTAPIS also provides programmes to empower individuals and children within the community.
Working Together with M³+
PERTAPIS Education and Welfare Centre has been a M³+ partner, collaborating on Raikan Ilmu 2026 and taking part regularly in M³+ summits and discussions. They also work with MENDAKI on tuition programmes.
