Al Wehdah The Arabs' Association Singapore

The Arab Association Singapore, known as Al-Wehdah Al-Arabiah Bi Singhafura (Al Wehdah), was registered as a voluntary organisation on 11 November 1946 to promote Islamic virtues, education and the Arabic language among Singaporeans. Since then, Al Wehdah has fostered cordial relations between Arabs and other communities through educational, cultural, social, arts and sports activities, working closely with partners such as the National Heritage Board, Yayasan MENDAKI, and the Middle East Institute (NUS). Its programmes for youth, women, sports and culture promote mutual understanding across backgrounds while strengthening bonds within the Arab community. Al Wehdah also extends financial and social support to those in need.
