Muslim Converts' Association of Singapore (MCAS Darul Arqam)

MCAS Darul Arqam Singapore is a non-profit organisation dedicated to fostering understanding of Islam among people of all backgrounds. Appointed by MUIS as the One-Stop Centre for Converts (OSCC), it provides education, guidance, and support for those exploring or embracing Islam. Programmes include lectures, courses, KIS, Let’s Pray, and the Arqam Kids and Youth Learning (AKYL) madrasah. MCAS also offers welfare services, counselling, legal clinics, and community initiatives such as Branches of Hope, which fulfilled over 650 wishes for underprivileged children in 2025 and 2026.

One Stop Centre for Converts (OSCC)
Provides comprehensive support for converts, covering conversion administration, fee reimbursements, foundational education, and ongoing programmes for lifelong spiritual development.
Arqam Kids and Youth Learning (AKYL)
A Sunday weekend madrasah for youth aged 7–17, delivering foundational Islamic knowledge, Quranic literacy, and pastoral identity support for convert families.
Knowing Islam Sessions
Free introductory classes designed to present correct Islamic principles, covering the foundations of faith, the concept of God, and Prophet Muhammad SAW.
Financial Assistance
Welfare services offering financial aid and holistic support to individuals and families from underprivileged backgrounds within the community.
