The Singapore Malay Chamber of Commerce & Industry (SMCCI) is an independent, non-profit Trade Association & Chamber (TACs), dedicated to representing and advancing the interests of Malay/Muslim-owned businesses in Singapore. Since 1956, SMCCI has been committed to driving enterprise growth, strengthening industry capabilities, and contributing to Singapore’s economic development. As a catalyst for a dynamic and future-ready entrepreneurial ecosystem, SMCCI creates opportunities for our members through business missions, conferences, curated networking platforms, and market access initiatives.

Dewan Connect
SMCCI's signature networking event and dialogue series. It provides business owners with a dedicated platform to share voices, forge partnerships, and diversify their networking circles.
Trade Documentation Endorsement
SMCCI is an authorised Trade Documentation agent appointed by Singapore Customs, processing Certificates of Origin and related trade paperwork for exporters.
Muslim-Owned Enterprise
The Muslim-Owned Enterprise (MOE 2.0) certificate (formerly known as Muslim-Owned Establishment) is an alternative to Halal certification that reassures customers and builds confidence in Muslim-owned businesses.
Protégé Kita
SMCCI Academy's flagship mentorship and business accelerator programme for aspiring and early-stage entrepreneurs. Participants go through masterclasses and mentoring covering pitching, branding, financial planning, and strategic networking, delivered by experienced business mentors and SMCCI board members.
Selokal
A marketplace platform and showcase event that gives Singapore-based Malay/Muslim and halal-friendly SMEs a stage to reach new customers, distributors, and collaborators. It spans retail, lifestyle, F&B, and services, and has been run alongside major events to increase brand visibility and outreach for participants. Selokal is part of SMCCI's broader push to grow market access and visibility for local enterprises.
