Project Pathfinder SG is a community-led ground-up initiative dedicated to empowering youths and young adults through mentorship, leadership development, career exposure and community service. We work with schools, Institutes of Higher Learning, community partners and volunteers to provide experiential learning programmes that build confidence, resilience, purpose and social responsibility. Our mission is to nurture future-ready individuals who are committed to contributing positively to their communities.
Key Flagship Programmes
Project Pathfinder Bootcamp
A structured experiential learning programme that develops youths in leadership, teamwork, communication, digital content creation and community engagement through real-world projects.
Pathfinder Mentorship Programme
Connects youths with volunteer mentors to support their personal growth, education and career aspirations through guided mentoring and coaching
Community Impact Projects
Provides opportunities for youths to plan and execute initiatives that address community needs while developing civic responsibility and leadership.
Industry Learning Journeys
Coordinates visits, dialogues and workshops with industry partners to expose participants to various career pathways, emerging technologies and workplace expectations.
