PPIS

PPIS Family Service Centres (East and West) provide professional casework, counselling and support for individuals and families facing challenges such as family conflict, parenting concerns, financial difficulties, family violence and interpersonal relationship issues. Through individual interventions, group programmes and community outreach, the centres strengthen family well-being and resilience.

FAM (PPIS) supports individuals, couples and families navigating marital and family challenges through family counselling and divorce support services. Through community-based interventions and programmes, FAM (PPIS) works with families to strengthen family functioning, social support and stability.

PPIS Vista Sakinah specialises in supporting remarriages and stepfamilies. Through consultations, enrichment programmes, counselling and children-focused support, the service helps couples and stepfamilies strengthen relationships, build resilience and support children in adapting to stepfamily life.

INSPIRASI PPIS help young Muslim couples in building strong marital and familial relationships, as well as to help them adjust to changes needed in order to create a healthy and enriching family environment. Our Marriage Preparation Programme (MPrep) is designed for young couples and their parents to make an informed decision on marriage, as well as to prepare the young couples for family life. Apart from MPrep, young married couples can continue to benefit from our range of Marriage Enrichment and Support Programme (MESP).

PPIS Oasis supports foster parents and families in providing safe, stable and nurturing homes for foster children. Appointed by the Ministry of Social and Family Development (MSF) as a fostering agency, Oasis provides therapeutic and support services to strengthen foster family relationships and support foster children in reaching their potential.

Rise Above Halfway House is Singapore’s first secular halfway house for women undergoing community-based rehabilitation programmes. Established in collaboration with the Singapore Prison Service, it provides a safe, structured and therapeutic environment where women residents can rebuild their lives, reconnect with their families and prepare for reintegration into the community.

PPIS 7oaks Student Care Centres (Bedok and Jurong) provide after-school care for children aged 7 to 14. Through enrichment programmes and learning experiences, the centres support holistic development by nurturing positive values, life skills and personal growth in a safe and supportive environment.

PPIS Research & Engagement Department (RED) advances the aspirations and voices of Muslim women through research, advocacy and community engagement. Its work includes educational and public engagement initiatives, research-driven advocacy, and RED Space, a dedicated resource and support hub providing women with access to resources, networks and personal development opportunities.

PPIS Research Development Unit (RDU) champions evidence-based and data-driven research and practice in the social service sector. Through action research, capability building, research communication and programme development, RDU works with practitioners and multi-sector partners to strengthen research capability, knowledge exchange and social service practice.
