Since 1965, LBKM has believed no student should be denied an education because their family cannot afford it. We provide bursaries, scholarships and financial assistance from primary school through postgraduate studies, regardless of background — disbursing over $37 million across more than 40,000 awards to date, so today’s students become tomorrow’s providers for the next generation.

Bursaries
Recurring financial support for students from primary school through postgraduate studies, easing the day-to-day cost of staying in education. This is the heart of LBKM's work, funded through general donations, named bursaries, corporate sponsorships, and legacy contributions.
Scholarships
Merit-based awards recognising and rewarding outstanding academic achievement, helping high-potential students pursue further study without financial compromise.
School Top-Up Fund
A $20 monthly top-up to cover transport costs to and from school, ensuring that getting to class is never a barrier in itself.
Adhoc Financial Assistance
Flexible, case-by-case support for students facing unexpected financial hardship outside the scope of LBKM's regular programmes.
